You can easily access and manage your insurance portfolio through our dedicated client website via Santam.co.za, or directly via the Santam app. Here you can view your policy details, request adjustments to existing policies and report and track claims.

I want to change my debit order date. How can I do this?

Please get in touch with our team on 0860 444 444 to make alternative arrangements in respect of premium debit order dates. Alternatively you can contact your broker who will also be able to assist with your request. Thanks!

I need help with changes to my policy. Please can you assist me?

Please email your full name, policy number and contact details to insure@santam.co.za along with the further details about your specific request. In the email, please also state the name and contact details of your broker, if you have one. Alternatively you can easily access and manage your Santam policies through our dedicated client website or via the Santam app. Here you can view your existing policies, request adjustments to your policy and report and track claims.
