What’s covered:

Free comprehensive car hire - Group F for 30 days

24/7 emergency roadside assistance, home-drive assistance

Vehicle keys

Emergency repairs, costs and alternative accommodation

Tow-in costs after mechanical breakdown and recovery costs

Wreckage removal

Emergency expenses

Replacement of new vehicle within 24 months and 60 000km from first registration

Accidental damage to tyres or rims

A credit shortfall with or without residual

Our building and contents cover takes your unique lifestyle into account, offering a range of covers with high limits to ensure that nothing goes unprotected.

What’s covered:

Cover for power surges, up to the insured amount

Cover for contents on an asset all-risks basis

Cover for accidental damage to buildings, up to the building’s insured amount, and for accidental damage to fixed machinery, up to R100 000

Private collections cover, with certain limits and exclusions

What’s optional:

Flexible worldwide cover against loss or damage, up to 30% of sum insured

Is my household goods covered?

Santam offers extensive home contents cover to ensure that your household goods are sufficiently protected against any insurable adverse event, provided that it adheres to the terms and conditions of the policy contract.

What types of vehicles are covered?

Cover for cars, LDVs, motorcycles, trailers and caravans, ranging from third-party to comprehensive cover.

What 24/7 Emergency services can I use?
