The Santam Graduate Programme provides unemployed graduates with an exciting opportunity to kickstart and accelerate their careers. True to Santam’s commitment to developing and inspiring fresh talent, unemployed graduates can expect plenty of support and guidance as they develop their skills in their chosen fields.
We are looking for exceptional young talent who want to make a difference. Unemployed graduates (between the ages of 22 – 30) who have a degree in the following fields:
Insurance/Risk Management/Law
Actuarial Science/Tax/Marketing
Mathematics/Statistics/Data Science
Finance/Accounting/Economics
Chemical / Civil Engineering
Computer Science/Information Technology/Human Resources
Agriculture/Hydrology/Geomatics
The Santam Graduate Programme provides unemployed graduates with access to a 24-month programme to make a successful transition from university to the world of work. They'll be exposed to formal development as well as on-the-job training. The programme is designed as per the following six pillars:
(Settle In): Onboarding
(Step Up): Anchor Programme
(Strengthen): Core Competencies
(Specialise): Elective Learning (Technical Skills Academy Offerings)
(Stand Out): Future Fit Leadership Competencies and Stretch Assignments
(Shift): Workplace Project/Stretch Assignment
The programme runs for 24 months from February current year to 2nd year January
Location: Cape Town or Gauteng
