Thabiso is responsible for the Investor Relations and Strategy of the Santam Group, overseeing Investments, Environmental, Social and Governance matters. Additionally, he plays a pivotal role in leading Santam's response to Climate Change. Having joined Santam in 2017 within the Group Strategy function, Thabiso brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned strategist. His exceptional capabilities played a crucial role in designing the successful refreshed FutureFit Strategy and new operating model for the company. Thabiso boasts nearly 20 years of experience in various capacities within the financial services sector. He has been an integral part of the Sanlam Group since 2007, serving in diverse roles, including market research and customer segmentation.
