After successfully completing your first 3-year cycle, your Santam CashBack switches to an annual 12-month cycle. The same rules apply.
Your Santam CashBack payment is made approximately 30 days after the end of each qualifying cycle. Simple and automatic.
If you submit a qualifying claim, your current cycle ends immediately. A new 3-year cycle begins from the first day of the following month.

Your Santam CashBack payout is scheduled to be paid approximately 30 days after your cash back rewards benefit cycle ends.
If your Santam policy is cancelled for whatever reason, for example due to dishonesty or fraud you will permanently lose your Santam CashBack rewards benefit payout.
Once the cash back reward benefit is implemented, statements will be available through our digital channels and will reflect your cash back reward benefit details from the start of participation. You can view and download your cash back reward benefit statement through the following channels: • Santam Client Portal • Santam Broker Portal • WhatsApp • Your broker
If your debit order fails, we will attempt to collect it with the next month's debit order. Any payment received will go towards the oldest outstanding premium. If no premiums are collected in the second month, your cover ends on the last day of the month we received payment for. A gap in cover will reset your cash back reward benefit cycle and delay your projected payout date.
