Santam is issuing cards to our Personal Lines clients for all non-motor claims. These cards will be distributed during the finalisation stage of a claim and clients should keep the Santam card in a safe place as these cards are valid for five years. Once a client has a Santam card, future non-motor claims can be paid into the card, which will be a seamless process.

The Santam Incident Reporter provides you with all the tools you’d need to report, document, and submit an accident or incident report directly to Santam, all within a matter of minutes. The Incident Reporter enables users to record audio statements, call the police, upload incident photos directly to Santam, and much more.

Register your motor glass claim via our mobile app
The ability to register a motor glass claim on Santam’s mobile App is now available! Clients can register their windscreen claim in a quick and easy way with only minimal information required.
A scanning option allows the client to take a photo of their licence disc and the vehicle’s VIN number is automatically retrieved. A summary of the client’s claim details, serves as the final step to allow the user to review and submit their claim.
The system immediately assesses the claim information and starts the process to produce an order for the glass supplier.
This “straight-through” processing reduces the client’s waiting time and ensures a speedy response from the glass supplier to assist the client.
This new feature is a first step in providing clients with a quick and user-friendly way to register a claim using their mobile device.
