Santam’s strategic resourcing plan was approved by the human resource and remuneration committee. This plan covers initiatives that are intended to accelerate people transformation and diversity through additional capacity and skills development programmes targeted at management levels. This will further enable Santam to achieve the planned growth through diversification.
