Our household contents cover is transparent and clear. All you need to know is that you are covered against all losses, unless specifically excluded (something the industry refers to as all-risk cover).

We've launched an exciting new range of SOS services which our Personal insurance customers have access to through our a dedicated 24/7 emergency and claims line (0860 505 911).

GOOD RISK REWARDS

We offer a range of discounts and benefits for being a lower risk, from having super home security to driving responsibility. If you are a good risk client, we will reward you with savings of up to 25% on your insurance premiums.
You receive 20% of your first year's insurance premiums back in cash after two claim-free years. For every twelve claim-free months thereafter, you will again receive 20% of the previous twelve months' premiums.

NO SURPRISES

We use a scientific pricing model which we have perfected over the years. We calculate your monthly premium based on your individual risk profile.

This means our fair and stable pricing - not full of surprises. To put that into perspective, our average premium increase last year was less than 4%!

Your premium is fixed for 12 months provided you reflect acceptable claims behaviour, don't make amendments to the policy or add new items to the policy during this period.
We ask you the difficult questions upfront and provide you with a wide range of tools to establish the value of your assets accurately to ensure that you are adequately covered and that there are no nasty surprises when you claim.
