Track your insurance claim

Our enhanced information management system means that claims are processed quickly and efficiently and certain lifestyle claims can even be resolved within as little as eight hours, provided we have all the required documentation. For your information we have put together a list of documents that will be needed for different types of claims. To give you more control over the process, Santam uses a SMS service to inform you when your claim is registered, an assessor is appointed and when the claim is paid. You are also able to track the processing of your claims online.
