Drive-In Centres

If you are a Santam client and you have damaged your car, you can drive it to one of Santam's assessment service centres anywhere in the country. The service centres range from the basic drive-in centres (where vehicles are assessed and referred to external Motor Body Repairers), to dual assessment centres (where vehicle repairs are assessed and the panel beating work can be done on the premise or referred to an external motor body repairer). Santam in addition, has two mega assessment centres in Pretoria and Cape Town respectively where most vehicle repair needs (from assessments to panel beating and paint work) are taken care of, while giving you access to car hire. While waiting at our vehicle assessment centres, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and watch DSTV.
