activity descriptors: business, social, economic and environmental.
Goals are set within each quadrant, to which Santam assigns task
forces. Each year we provide a measure of our performance against
the framework and publish the outcome in our Sustainability Report.
The framework is not static, but gets revised as goals are met and
new opportunities come up.
